Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) is an anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody and can be used for the research of type 1 diabetes[1].

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) has a dose-dependent accumulation and a half-life of about 1.5 days[2].
Otelixizumab targets the ε-chain of the CD3 T-lymphocyte surface receptor, which facilitates the activation of the autoreactive T-lymphocytes responsible for beta cell destruction[2].
MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) (100 μg/mouse; i.v.; once) results in durable disease remission dependent on transferable T cell–mediated tolerance in diabetic transgenic mice[1].

RC攀爬的TRX4真有那么好吗? - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册RC攀爬的TRX4真有那么好吗?茶客熊猫教育行业里的RC模型爱好者个人观点不左右新老模友,纯闲谈之举。我入RC攀爬坑有几年时间了,主流的SCX10和TRX4都拥有过。在2017年以前,Axial的SCX10系攀爬应该算是一个主流,RC4WD的仿真也有一定市场。后来,大厂Traxxas出了Trx4路虎卫士,一下子打破了以SCX10车架为基础的RC攀爬市场的格局,让差速、门桥等优势性能充分发挥在了1/10RC攀爬车上面,吸引了无数的模友。四年了,TRX4在1/10RC攀爬届还是如雷贯耳,但它真的很好嘛?好和不好,主要还是看怎么玩RC攀爬主要分两种:仿真和性能。仿真,硬壳的细节明显比软壳有优势;而性能,轻量化车身或者管架结构绝对比繁琐的差速功能和高重心的门桥更有优势。就凭这两点,我个人不认为TRX4有多么优秀。车壳:会有人说授权的路虎、福特Bronco、雪佛莱、奔驰大G等等是有非常多的仿真细节在。这一点是很难得,因为拿到授权本身就是一件不容易的事,更何况在有限的比例里面增加细节。但是细品起来,就会发现这些壳子的比例是有些怪的:比如路虎D110,车身长度比例是差很多,即便324mm轴距也是有一些短车身;又比如福特和雪佛莱的车身高度和轮子直径的协调程度有些失真;门桥大G和田宫的大G相比,一眼就看出哪一个更接近真实比例。车身流线和拐角等细节和一些其他厂家的软壳相比,还是相差一段距离。不想提车壳重量的问题,因为这和性能挂钩,那么那些认为车壳重的玩家完全可以根据轴距换壳子,当然也就不存在再对原厂壳的细节关注了,就会转移到车壳和车架的匹配程度。车架:在2017年的时候是一鸣惊人,门桥与差速几乎成了一个标志性的产品象征,MST的cfx-w在此之前出的门桥几乎无人问津,因为没有差速嘛。无数短卡、平跑、电越都是差速,但不是攀爬啊!所以RTR三千多,炒到四千也有,都希望能拥有这新的牛B的产品。加上那一年Axial的代工厂变动、产品质量下滑等因素,让TRX4把经典的90046几乎打得无法还手,成为所谓的“天下第一”。这个称谓一直到今天还有调侃。从此国产厂家看到商机,开始开发OP件,无论是仿真还是性能,都在开发针对TRX4的OP件。说到这里,然后再细想一下,针对TRX4车架OP的“内容”好像打破不了它现有的格局:用电机前置OP套装,其重量增加并且噪音增加;用金属门桥但是是为了增加桥下配重还是增加美观呢?为了性能的提升好像也就梁下配重起了一些作用。但是车架的格局还是一样,2017到2020,除了一个TRX6横空出世,TRX4还是一样的格局。质量不错,结实,胶件好,差速,门桥,功能多,娱乐,对了,娱乐性强,让这一个四年不变的车架成为一直火到现在的“天下第一”,车壳一年可以变很多种但灵魂还是那个T4,我想说的是:这不是产品的进步,而是营销的功劳。玩:装一车仿真心情件出去穿越,时不时拉拉速度,飞个小破?调整配重,优化性能,时不时去爬个山、攀个岩?软壳换个硬牧马人,觉得太高再换个避震,觉得不协调再换个壳?各种避震各种姿态调整拍个视频?挺好,也就这些吧,OP的件越来越多,内饰、灯光、心情等等可是还是一样的墨守成规一成不变的TRX4。也许我有短卡、有拉力、有平跑,所以我认为每一种车都有她应该有的玩法吧,那么一个车有多种玩法的话,那是个什么,跨界车?之前看过一本书叫做《断舍离》,算是一种生活哲学吧,我觉得也可以用在“玩”上面。而TRX4就像是“全都有”“都能玩”“想怎么玩就怎么玩”的综合体:娱乐至上!也许就是因为TRX4各方面都不错,才会失去了进步的空间,原地踏步的天下第一可能只活在自己的优越感里,也就没什么想象力了。最后,我觉得,TRX4也就那样吧,曾经有用,不会再有。没了想象力,也就没了追求,没了兴趣。-完-by 茶客熊猫原创作品,侵权必究。发布于 2020-05-22 13:49遥控模型路虎兴趣赞同 3412 条评论分享喜欢收藏申请

Remote Locking Differentials

On conventional rigs with the limited gear reduction in the differentials, motor torque is applied to the frame to the point of twisting you right off the rocks. TRX-4’s radical portal axle design reduces the gear ratio at the wheels, virtually eliminating torque twist through the chassis. T-Lock Remote Locking Differentials

Dual-Fit Battery Tray
TRX-4’s dual-fit battery tray offers extreme flexibility when choosing batteries. For extended run times, the large upper tray accommodates a full-length 5000 mAh 3-cell LiPo or 7600 mAh 2-cell LiPo. A hinged battery strap provides quick and secure battery mounting without pins to lose in the field. The innovative strap flips over to adjust for different height batteries. A smaller integrated tray accepts smaller Traxxas batteries (that fit our 1/16 scale models) for increased forward weight bias.

TQi 4-Channel Radio System

TRX-4:这款带差速锁的攀爬车值不值得买?

Traxxas旗下的首款TRX-4出来已经有一段时间了,对于这款攀爬车的介绍也已经很多了。那么我们就不多BB了,直接讲重点!
本篇评测我们主要从TRX4的外观、机械结构、电子设备和实用体验四个方面入手,重点介绍大家关心的、感兴趣的细节。评测文章将不定期更新,想要提问的小伙伴也欢迎插楼提出你想了解的问题。(PS:我答不上来或者不愿意回答的除外)TRX-4简介
先简单介绍一下这款车,TRX-4是TRXXAS出品的第一款攀爬车,主要特点是采用门桥结构,并且带有前后差速锁,齿轮波箱则是采用了两档变速。
遥控器则是采用的跟大S(SUMMIT大脚车)相同的TQ-i,按键基本说明如上图所示。
外观部分
TRX-4的车壳采用的是经典的路虎卫士D110造型。
金属喷漆的外观从远处看仿真效果倒是非常不错。(PS:这是在不考虑门桥的前提下,因为路虎卫士真车没有门桥。)

但是近看的话就不行了,毕竟TRX-4的车窗、门把手和油箱盖等细节都是贴纸,想要达到以假乱真的地步显然是不可能的。
不过灯组倒是做到了这一点,要是不仔细看真以为TRX-4配了灯组。但实际上里面就是一张贴纸,连灯杯都没有。(关于灯组的安装我们在后面在做教程)
当然,也不是所有的都是贴纸,至少轮眉、行李架、涉水喉这些东西是实体,做工也还不错。
特别是轮眉和内部的挡泥板,采用的是类似硬橡胶的材质,在保证密封性的同时韧性也非常不错,在侧翻的时候不容易损坏。
车身结构
TRX-4的车身整体结构如上图所示:车体大梁采用全金属C型钢架,前悬架为Panhard Link(止推杆)结构,后悬架采用4 Link(四连杆)结构,车桥为门桥并配有差速锁,避震长度(上下安装孔间距)为90mm,轮毂为1.9寸塑料轮毂。

Panhard Link直译为潘哈德结构,是一种三连杆+止推杆的悬架结构,这种结构对于车桥的受力横向偏移可以提供拉扯稳定作用,但是在扭腰环境中,不正确的调教会导致一些负面效应。
车桥在垂直运动的时候,我们可以看到红线和蓝线的距离明显不同【视图1】,但是实际拉杆本身是物理钢性长度不可变化的【视图2】,所以车桥的实际运动轨迹是从左上到右下的弧线运动。舵机拉杆同样的道理,因为物理钢性长度不变,舵机中位扭力锁死,唯一可以活动的就是转向杯,所以出现了自动转向的问题。而这种问题在真车上则是通过一个转向横拉杆调节的正负差值阻尼器进行修正。
从上面两张图我们可以看出,TRX-4避震压缩前后车架与车桥相对位置变化不算太大,避震压缩时的自动转向也不是很明显。在止推杆的设计和调校上,TRX-4做的还算比较不错。
后悬架的4 Link结构就不需要特别介绍了,就是普通攀爬车的四连杆结构。
↓门桥结构↓
TRX-4的车桥为比较有特色的门式车桥,并且这款车桥还带有差速锁。
门桥结构我们很久以前在做MST CFX-W这款车架的时候就已经说过了它的一些具体特征,这里就简单说明一下。门式车桥其实有两种,一种是乌尼莫克们的高位门式车桥,也是TRX-4这种结构的门式车桥。这种门桥增加了一级轮边减速器,将车桥的横梁和桥蛋的高度变得更高,以达到增强通过能力的作用。(上图为乌尼莫克及其门桥的基本结构)
还有一种是公交车用的低位门式车桥,这种车桥的作用主要是降低车辆重心,提高车辆稳定性,同时使用这种车桥的公交车与普通公交客车相比,具有上车时没有台阶,一步就进入车厢等特点。
回到正题,TRX-4的门式车桥采用与乌尼莫克门桥相似的结构,拆掉车轮我们可以清晰的看到门桥轮边减速器的结构特征。采用一组齿轮的轮边减速器与车桥通过螺丝相连,拆掉螺丝即可对门桥齿轮部分进行维护。TRX-4的门桥结构拆装也非常方便,除了结构相对简单以外,轮边减速器与半轴采用大间隙配合也是重要的一个因素,但是大间隙配合同时也会带来车轮旷量变大的负效应。
与MST CFX-W那款门桥不同,TRX-4的门桥轮边减速器没有采用负向外倾角的“外八字”设定,轮胎与地面呈垂直状态。一般来说,正外顷角的设定有较佳的灵活度(轮胎呈“\ /”状),而负外顷角具较稳定的直进性(轮胎呈“/ \”状)。
TRX-4的前桥轮边减速器结构与后桥相同,除了增加转向结构以外,其他变化不大。从上图我们还可以看到TRX-4的前桥带转向杯带有主销后倾角,这种结构除了模仿真车以外,也有利于车辆的保持直线行驶时的稳定性。
↓绞牙避震↓
门桥的结构相对于普通直桥而言,扭腰性能会差一些。如果想要提高扭腰性能,最好的办法就是使用更长的避震。TRX-4的避震长度约85mm,并不算太长,扭腰效果一般,毕竟这车本来就不是给你用来扭腰的。
如果想增加扭腰,按照前面说的方法增加避震长度也是可以的,但是这会带来另一个问题。由于增加了避震长度,底盘必定会升高,同时车子的重心也会升高。在这种情况下,避震的乡下孔的安装位置就成了改善重心的关键。但是TRX-4的避震上安装位因为内衬的关系,没有多余的备用安装孔,避震不能在往上移,所以如果要更换长行程的避震就只能将避震下安装孔往下移。
另外,TRX-4的原厂避震阻尼调校相对较硬,这样做的好处是能够进一步减少轴效应,再加上差速器的设定,所以TRX-4的轴效应几乎可以忽略不计。
阻尼较强的避震油跟较软的弹簧搭配,再加上较重的车身,所以TRX-4在越野路面行驶时的姿态表现还是非常好看。但在避震伸展阶段时,这种组合就会使轮胎脱离地面,降低整车的牵引力(造成这种原因的还有避震的行程太短)。
↓差速器结构↓
TRX-4的车桥除了门桥结构以外,另一大特点便是采用了差速锁的设定,拆开桥蛋外壳之后我们可以清楚的看到他的内部结构。
拆掉中间的轴承我们可以清楚的看到差速锁止锁机构工作的过程。
TRX-4的差速锁主要是差速器主体和止锁结构两部分组成。
差速器的作用主要是在向两边半轴传递动力的同时,允许两边半轴以不同的转速旋转,满足两边车轮尽可能以纯滚动的形式作不等距行驶,减少轮胎与地面的摩擦,同时减小转向半径。
由于差速器允许车轮以不同转速转动,所以当车子在越野的时候,有差速器反而是坏事。比如说,当一个车轮打滑,那么动力也通过这个打滑车轮释放掉,差速器另一侧的车轮便会失去动力。
↓两档波箱结构↓
TRX-4的波箱位于电池仓下面,所以想要拆解波箱,首先我们得拆掉电池仓和电调。
TRX-4的波箱采用两档波箱(跟大S波箱相同),电机部分与波箱主体通过一个单独的箱体组合在一起,更换齿轮或者在拆主波箱的时候还需要先分解这个箱体,操作上会比较麻烦,分动箱与减速箱则是采用的一体式设计。

左侧为大S波箱,右侧为TRX-4波箱,两者在机械结构上完全相同,箱体外部细节则主要根据底盘做了一些适应性修改。
拆开波箱壳我们可以清晰的看到内部的齿轮结构。
TRX-4档位切换的关键在于套筒与输出轴齿轮之间的啮合状态。当切换到高速档的时候,套筒与输出轴左侧的小齿啮合,输入轴的大齿带动输出轴的小齿运动,输出较快的转速和较小的扭矩,同时输出轴右侧的大齿轮处于滑动摩檫状态;当切换到低速档位时,套筒与输出轴右侧的大齿啮合,输入轴的小齿带动输出轴的大齿运动,输出较慢的转速和较大的扭矩,同时输出轴左侧的小齿轮处于滑动摩檫状态。但是这里有一个问题,由于套筒的材质为尼龙,虽然又有非常不错的韧性,但是总的来说不如钢结构稳定,在换挡的时候很容易因为剧烈的冲击造成套筒炸裂。而且在经历长期摩擦之后,尼龙件的配合间隙也会不断增大,这也会导致整个传动系统存在非常大的旷量。(虽然钢结构也存在这个问题,但是相对于尼龙件而言,钢结构的能够保持更长时间的合理配合间隙。)
电子系统
TRX-4的主要电子设备均采用全防水的设计,具体配置如上图所示:2075X转向舵机、2065差速锁/换档舵机、21T 550有刷电机、TQi五通道接收机、XL5 HV电调和格氏11.1V 3S 57.72Wh青训版电池,硬件配置与大S有着诸多相似之处。
TRX-4的舵机为2075X全防水数字舵机,相比2075舵机而言,2075X舵机最大的变化便是采用了金属齿轮。其他方面则没有明显的区别,最大扭力仍然是125盎司(约3.66千克),舵机响应速度为0.17秒/60°。
2075X舵机配合前桥的转向结构,TRX-4能够实现非常小的转向半径。
TRX-4差速锁和换挡舵机都是采用的2065舵机,这种小舵机采用全防水设计,最大扭力0.9g,响应速度0.2秒/60°。
TRX-4的电机为21T的TITAN 550电机。
TQi五通道接收机则是位于防水盒内。
虽说是TRX-4说的是全防水,但实际上装接收机的设备盒只能防溅水,设备盒盖子和接缝处的密封并没有达到能够防浸水的程度。
TRX-4的电调为XL5 HV防水电调,最大支持3S(11.1V)锂电池,并且具备全防水能力,还拥有低电压检测和制动功能。与传统的电调不同,XL5 HV电调的电源开关与电调主题整合在了一起,电源开关位于电调外壳上(如图所示),对T厂不熟悉的玩家可能找半天都找不到开关在哪里。
另外这款电调还专门分了一个JST电源插头出来,方便为电调加装散热风扇。
TRX-4的电池仓长158mm,宽46mm,能够支持最厚23~26mm的锂电池。
而我们用于评测的这台车则是采用的格氏3S 11.1V 57.72Wh的青训版锂电池,放在电池仓刚刚好。
但是我们这款电池的插头为TX60,所以想要跟TRX-4进行匹配的话还必须增加一截转换接头,当然也可以将T厂的插头直接改成TX60的插头。灯组的安装TRX-4的原装车壳是不带灯组的,也没有灯杯。只在在灯组的安装位置准备了块粘着贴纸的板子。就这种纯粹的塑料板子其实拿来装灯组效果并不是特别好,毕竟没有灯杯好看,也不具备聚光效果。想要安装灯组的小伙伴可以另外单独购买副厂的灯杯自行改装,如果想在这种塑料板子的基础上改进行不行呢?答案当然是可以的,过程也不复杂,就在贴纸中灯珠的地方,根据灯珠的直径打眼就行了。什么?没有打眼的电钻?用电烙铁啊,只不过打眼之后需要对周围进行处理一下,不然可能会影响灯珠的安装。打眼之后试试效果,还是可以的。因为没有采购额外的灯杯,所以灯珠也没办法采用比较优雅的固定方式。胶水!简单粗暴,但是很有效。这里胶水可以选择502或者AB胶,推荐使用热熔胶,因为热熔胶相对比较好拆卸。灯组装完了其实还有非常重要的一道工序——理线,如果像这样乱糟糟的堆在一起,不管是车壳拆装还是视觉体验肯定都不爽。理线其实就是将长线截短,不够长的线加长即可,具体操作可以视情况而定。这里主要是将过长的线从中间剪短了一截,然后再套上热缩管,用电烙铁量两根线连起来,这样子处理之后车壳内部的走线就会简洁很多了。灯组安装好之后的效果,跟原装的贴纸比起来效果还是要好那么一丢丢,开灯效果可以看文章后面的评测视频。

总结
总的来说,这款攀爬车作为一个成品车模,无论是在可玩性还是做工上都非常不错,外观也非常好看,毕竟是车模大厂,生产出来的东西自然不会差到哪里去。成熟的生产加工工艺和合理的车身结构设计,使得TRX-4的整体结构非常拽实。
在操作手感上,TRX-4可以说是非常不错的。定速巡航、差速锁和两档变速的设定,使得TRX-4能够适应多种常见的行驶环境,可玩性也非常强。
在硬件配置和调校上,TRX-4也延续了大T的优良传统,调校也更接近于大T的标准。但是因为底盘和车辆比例、尺寸的限制,TRX-4即使配备了门桥,也没有大T的通过性好,甚至于普通攀爬车相比也存在一些明显的劣势。
TRX-4较重的车体重量也是造成它通过性能变差的重要因素。Axial的切诺基的软壳大概是224g所有,Killerbody的LC70也才709g,而TRX-4的车壳足足有897g的重量。再加上2903.8g重的底盘,这车重量达到了3800g(含电池),这个重量对于攀爬车来说属于相当重量级的选手。由于大部分重量都在车桥以上,再加上门桥的作用,所以造成了TRX-4的重心相当高,增大了翻车的概率,对于攀爬比赛也是非常不利的。
在攀爬爱好者所热衷于玩耍的场景中(比如攀岩、爬陡坡),这款定位于“攀爬车”的车模,在越野、攀爬能力上显然不如Axial这种攀爬专业户给力。但是在乱石堆、隔 壁、泥泞等坡度平缓但路面状况糟糕的场景,TRX-4能够发挥出他的门桥和动力优势很快脱困,在这点上也是非常值得肯定的。它或许不是一款专业的攀爬车,但是它绝对是一款可玩性非常高的攀爬车。

大家好,今天分享一下我的TRX4攀爬车装车经验,分享给想入手攀爬车的朋友们。一开始喜欢上这种攀爬车主要是因为它的仿真性强,无论是外观还是姿态。起初也不知道什么品牌,就在购物网站上一顿搜索,发现了这全金属车架的车,一下子就喜欢上了。

后来加入了天津本地玩RC的群,才了解到RC车的很多品牌和主流热门车,然后喜欢上了TRX4这辆车,由于RTR版的路虎卫士玩的人很多,感觉也比较贵,后来发现KIT版不错,自己配个壳相对来说要便宜些,还能体验装车的快感。而后,选壳这个问题就开始发了难。
在头条和RCfans里也找了很多关于TRX4 KIT配车壳的问题。由于KIT版挡泥板的阻碍,可以说没有能直接套上的车壳。要不换避震架,要不就切挡泥板,我觉得有挡泥板显得更仿真些,就没有换避震架,进行了挡泥板的部分切除。下面是通过照片记录的装车过程,装车很开心,分享一下:

装轮毂拧这堆螺丝真建议有把电动螺丝刀,手拧的话,太慢了。

当初喜欢TRX4就是因为传动波箱有高低速两档,而且前后都带有差速器和差速锁:组装完前后桥就开始组装车架,从大梁开始:

避震是出厂没给有给灌油的,需要自己灌油,我是灌倒将近满的位置,距离满还有7、8mm吧:

传动轴是塑料的,用起来也没问题,有需要的可以自己OP,我用热缩管都给包起来了,起个保护防刮花作用吧。

喷好的壳子,前保险杠没用原厂的,自己单独买了个金属的,做工很不错!

车壳也是要切一部分的,否则后面地盘会给车壳顶起来,如果不买皮卡,直接买切诺基的壳就不用切了!车灯和内饰也都布置好。

完工!车灯开最终也是接收机供电,买的Y线和第三通道控制线,舵机反相线,将两个差速锁舵机合成一个通道了!富裕出来一个通道给灯用。

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) is an anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody and can be used for the research of type 1 diabetes[1].

体外研究(In Vitro)
Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) has a dose-dependent accumulation and a half-life of about 1.5 days[2].
Otelixizumab targets the ε-chain of the CD3 T-lymphocyte surface receptor, which facilitates the activation of the autoreactive T-lymphocytes responsible for beta cell destruction[2].
MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Otelixizumab (ChAglyCD3) (100 μg/mouse; i.v.; once) results in durable disease remission dependent on transferable T cell–mediated tolerance in diabetic transgenic mice[1].
MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

BALB/c-huCD3e mice carrying the human CD3e chain[1]
